The strains of mixture of enzymes extracted from porcine pancreas, mainly for trypsin, amylase and lipase. Calculated on dry product, every 1g containing trypsin activity unit shall not be less than 1800, shall not be less than 21000 unit of activity of amylase, lipase activity unit shall not be less than 12000. Available when necessary, sucrose or low enzyme dilution.

Slight odor, but no smell moldy; with a moist; aqueous solution boiling or acid can lose activity.
